Matti Häyry (Finnish pronunciation: [ˈmɑtti ˈhæyry]; born 20.9.1956) is Professor of Bioethics and Philosophy of Law at the University of Manchester. He studied philosophy and ethics in Helsinki, Finland, and he is Adjunct Professor of Practical Philosophy at the University of Helsinki. Matti Häyry has been a member of the Finnish Academy of Science and Letters since 2005.[1]
